We require all potential residents to fill out a criminal background check form, which is part of the application PDF. We run this check for the sake of the harmony of the community and as a legal requirement of running an organized residential community in Riverside County, California. We ask you to pay the $20 fee to cover the background check. You can mail in a check with your application or use the secure PayPal button below to pay with either a PayPal account or a credit card. You don't need a PayPal account to use the credit card payment option.
