Sitting Groups
|
Zen Mountain Center is part of an international network of satellite sitting groups. These groups meet in private homes, and are a way to connect with fellow Zen practitioners as well as to practice zazen in a supportive environment. Membership is suggested but not required for participation. Tenshin Roshi makes regular visits to the groups.
Following are a list of contact numbers. Check to see which sitting group is closest to your home.
